Thank you Karen. This is fine. I talked to Bill Tveden today. That is one of uncle Ray's sons. But duh,..you already knew that! (Mrs. Ancestry.com) lol. He was not even aware of the oil and gas rights that his father had. I'm going to put more time and effort back into this. I thought some conversation categories would help organize our thoughts and lead us as a family to some sort of consensus. Also about combining our individual interests into a co-op that can negotiate with these companies to get reasonable lease agreements, actual payments, and royalties. I am looking into how to form a mineral, gas and oil owners co-op. Or if there is one we can join. And how they operate. Reports forthcoming.
